These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ontime Mobility Ltd’s website and services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Ontime Mobility Ltd provides private transport, luxury tours, and wheelchair-accessible mobility services across New Zealand. All services are subject to availability.
Bookings and Payments
- Bookings must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are confirmed at the time of booking
- Payments must be made as agreed before or after service completion
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a full (100%) refund.
- Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will receive an 80% refund, with a 20% cancellation fee retained to cover administrative and operational costs.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure time, or failure to attend the booked service (no-show), are non-refundable, to the extent permitted under New Zealand law.
- Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking and contact information
- Follow safety instructions during the journey
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
Accessibility Services
We aim to provide safe and comfortable wheelchair-accessible transport. Customers are encouraged to inform us of specific mobility needs at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
Ontime Mobility Ltd is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Booking & Guest Information
Booking Restrictions
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure
- Last-minute bookings are subject to availability
- Same-day bookings may be accommodated on request
Information Required at Time of Booking
To ensure a smooth and personalised experience, please provide the following details for each booking:
- Full name (lead guest)
- Contact phone number (reachable on the day of the tour)
- Email address
- Number of passengers
- Hotel or pickup location within central Auckland
- Preferred pickup time
- Any special requirements or accessibility needs
Dietary requirements, age, or weight details are not required for this tour.
Age Restrictions
- Minimum age: No minimum age requirement
- Maximum age: No maximum age limit
This tour is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Additional Notes
- Child seats can be provided upon request (subject to availability)
- Guests with mobility concerns are advised to inform us at the time of booking
- Tour itineraries may be adjusted to suit family or senior travelers
Payments & Vouchers
- Accepted Payment Methods – Credit and debit cards, online secure payment at time of booking
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Gift Cards
Enabled: Yes
- Starting amount: From $100 NZD
- Expiration: Valid for 36 months from date of purchase
- Gift cards are redeemable toward any available tour or charter service
Vouchers
Enabled: Yes
- Electronic vouchers will be issued upon booking confirmation
- Vouchers must be presented (digital or printed) on the day of the tour
Afterpay
Enabled: Yes
- Available for eligible bookings at checkout
- Afterpay terms and conditions apply
Additional Payment Notes
- Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
- Any overtime charges ($80 per hour) are payable on the day of the tour
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law
